About me

Peace and Blessings to you, I’m Casey — the heart behind Mamacub Wellness.

I’m a mum of five — four boys and one girl — and I’ve experienced birth in many powerful, unplanned, and humbling ways. From water births to an en caul birth(born in the sac), a surprise car birth, and even an unexpected home birth, my journey has been full of lessons, growth, and trust in the process moments.

While I wasn’t Muslim when I had my first child, embracing Islam since has deeply shaped the way I now view birth, motherhood, and the beauty of surrendering to Allah’s plan.

Now that I’ve completed my own childbearing years, I’m honoured to support other women as a Muslim birth doula — especially those seeking natural, faith-aligned, and empowering birth experiences.

How I Support You

As your doula, my role is to support, uplift, and advocate for you. I’m here to:

🤍 Encourage a calm, confident mindset

🧕🏽 Offer Islamic reminders and spiritual support

👂🏽 Truly listen to your needs and honour your choices

🤝 Involve your support people in meaningful ways

🌿 Provide grounded, gentle guidance through pregnancy, labour, and postpartum

Whether it’s your first or fifth baby, I’m here to help you feel informed, empowered, and in control of your own birth journey — with sincerity, care, and faith at the core. To begin, I’ve created some heartfelt free resources you can explore here to support you every step of the way.

With love & du’a,
